OUR STORY

RN2Professors™ was founded to solve a real problem: Too many nursing students were memorizing content but struggling to apply it where it matters—at the bedside.

Our team of experienced educators and practicing clinicians saw the need for a better approach: one that focuses on clinical judgment, critical thinking, and real-world decision-making from the start.

At RN2Professors™, we don’t just teach facts. We teach you how to Train Your Nurse Brain™—because that’s what saves lives.

I am a dedicated and highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and nursing educator with over two decades of clinical practice across urgent care, occupational health, ambulatory surgery, maternal-child health, and academic instruction. My approach to care is rooted in patient-centered values, emphasizing culturally competent communication, collaborative decision-making, and holistic care planning that honors each individual’s preferences and goals.

As a clinical leader and preceptor, I actively mentor the next generation of nurses by integrating the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (CJMM) principles, equipping students to think critically and deliver evidence-based care. I am a Visiting Professor at a Nursing University, guiding pre-licensure BSN students through didactic and clinical experiences in Fundamentals, Medical/Surgical, OB/GYN, and Complex Health rotations.

My dual roles as clinician and educator reflect my commitment to advancing nursing practice through real-world insight, patient advocacy, and personalized mentorship.
